S&M Lawn Care to Premiere at the Friars Club



Mark Potts’ feature-length comedy S&M Lawn Care (which I edited) is going to have its world premiere next month at the Friars Club Film Festival in New York City. Dates will be announced soon on the festival’s website.

The Ballad of Friday and June Wins “Best Short Film” at Indie Memphis

Tate English’s The Ballad of Friday and June won “Best Short Film” at the Indie Memphis Film Festival this weekend. The film will be screening at the Austin Film Festival on October 24th.

More Festival Screenings for The Ballad of Friday and June

Friday and June

Jollyville Pictures’ The Ballad of Friday and June continues its “World Tour of America’s Southern States,” playing Indie Memphis on October 11th and the Austin Film Festival on October 24th. I’ll be attending both festivals along with director Tate English and speaking on a panel, “Storytelling Through Editing,” at the Austin Film Festival on October 25th.

The Ballad of Friday and June to Premiere at Sidewalk

Tate English’s short film The Ballad of Friday and June is going to have its world premiere at the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday, September 26th, and then play the next day at the Charlotte Film Festival in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Film Festival Screenings This Weekend

Both Year at Danger and The American Widow Project will be screening at festivals this weekend.


The American Widow Project will be making its world premiere at the Austin Film Festival in Austin, TX, Sunday, October 19, 2008 at 7PM and Thursday, October 23, 2008. In addition, I’ll be on two panels on Sunday; Niche Projects and Editors/Post-Production.


Year at Danger will be playing at the Flint Film Festival in Flint, MI, Saturday October 18, 2008 at 6:45PM. For more info, please check out the festival’s website.
